Research2Easy

Terms of service

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Research2Easy. By creating an account or commissioning work you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Research2Easy (“we”, “us”) provides research support and academic mentorship to students, operating from Nigeria at research2easy.com. You can reach us at hello@research2easy.com.

2. What the service is

We help you plan, develop and improve your own academic work. That means building an outline and research plan with you, reviewing your drafts, helping you work through research problems, and explaining our reasoning so you can carry the work yourself.

We do not guarantee any particular grade, mark, examiner response, publication outcome or academic result. Academic judgement belongs to your institution, not to us.

3. Academic integrity

Your institution's rules on assistance, collaboration and authorship apply to you, and it is your responsibility to know them and to follow them. Some institutions permit external support; some require it to be declared; some prohibit it.

You confirm that the work you submit to your institution is your own, and that you will not present material we produce as if it were entirely your unaided work where your institution's rules forbid that. We may decline or stop work we believe is intended to be passed off in breach of those rules, and we may do so without a refund where work has already been done.

4. Your account

Signing in uses a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Anyone with access to your inbox can therefore access your account, so keep your email secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate and your own.

5. Projects, quotes and payment

  • The price is calculated from a published formula: a base fee, a rate per page and a rate per diagram, with a surcharge if you choose rush delivery. You see the exact total before you pay.
  • A quote is fixed to your project when you create it. If we later change our rates, that does not change a quote you already hold.
  • Payment is taken up front through Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your delivery date is set when payment clears, not when you submit the project, and is shown on your dashboard from then on.
  • The scope you describe is what we price. If the work turns out to be materially different from your description, we may ask you to adjust the scope or pay the difference before continuing.

6. Working together

Before your delivery date we work through up to 5 rounds. A round is one draft from us and your comments back. Your comments are not limited — the count is rounds, not messages.

Rounds end at your delivery date or once all 5 are used, whichever comes first. Unused rounds have no cash value and are not carried over. If you do not respond, we may continue on the basis of the brief you gave us.

After the final document is delivered you have 48 hours from your first download to ask for changes, as a single round. We answer, make any changes we agree are needed, and that closes the project. Where a project is delivered as final because the review rounds already settled it, that window does not apply.

7. What we need from you

  • An accurate brief, including your institution's requirements, formatting rules and any deadline earlier than the one we quote.
  • Source material you are entitled to share with us.
  • Timely responses during the review rounds. Time spent waiting for you still counts against your delivery date.

8. Ownership of the work

Once you have paid in full, the material we prepare for you is yours to use. We keep no claim over it and do not resell or reuse it for another student.

Anything you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it only so far as we need to in order to do the work you asked for.

9. Cancellation and refunds

  • Before we start work, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • Once drafts have been sent, a refund is partial and reflects the work already done.
  • After final delivery we do not refund, except where we failed to deliver what was agreed.
  • Refunds are returned through Paystack to the method you paid with, and can take several working days to appear.

If we cannot do the work, or miss a delivery date without agreeing a new one with you, you are entitled to a full refund.

10. How long files are kept

Documents are deliberately short-lived. Your finished document is removed roughly 48 hours after you first download it, and in any case 14 days after it is uploaded. Drafts shared during the review rounds are removed when the project finishes.

Keep your own copy. We cannot guarantee that we can re-send a document once it has been removed.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to upload material you do not have the right to share, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to reach another user's account or project. We may suspend or close an account for any of these.

12. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you commissioned a project are the ones that apply to it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms, a refund or a project go to hello@research2easy.com. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
